Here are some natural ways to thicken your uterine lining:

Exercise: Regular exercise, such as walking, can improve blood circulation and increase blood supply to the uterus.

Eat a balanced diet: Eat a nutritious diet with wholegrain and a variety of vegetables and fruits, rich in vitamins and minerals, including iron, vitamin B12, and omega-3 fatty acids.

Maintain a healthy weight: A normal BMI, which ranges from 18.5 to 24.9, is recommended.

Manage stress: Practice stress-reducing techniques such as meditation, yoga, or deep breathing exercises.

Apply castor oil packs: During the follicular phase, apply castor oil packs to the abdomen to increase blood flow to the ovaries and womb.

Fluids: Drink 8-10 glasses of fluids every day to help estrogen detoxification. Avoid alcohol, caffienated drinks, soda, and iced drinks to prevent Vata imbalance.

Spices: Aim to add spices like turmeric, black pepper, ginger, holy Basil, cinnamon and cloves for anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties.

Include Amla, Sharavari, Ashwagandha, Punarnava, Moringa and Gokshura to regulate hormones, reduce inflammatory changes, improve women's reproductive health.
