Ghee Benefits by Dr Ayurveda

To consume ghee in the morning for weight loss, you can try mixing it with warm water or adding it to coffee:
--> With warm water 
* Warm a spoonful of ghee until it's liquid
* 8Drink the ghee with 200 ml of warm water
* Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything
--> With coffee 
* Add ghee to coffee
* Drink the coffee in the morning
-->Other ways to consume ghee 
* Put 2 drops of liquefied ghee in each nostril
* Eat 1-2 teaspoons of ghee on an empty stomach
* Add ghee to rice and roti
