Nutritional Benefits of Seeds by Dr Ayurveda

Well, when we talk about seeds, that are a nutritious addition to your diet because they contain healthy fats, protein, vitamins, fiber and minerals. They can also help you with weight management, heart health and many more health conditions:
* Flaxseeds: It contains fiber, omega-3 fats and lignans, which may help lower cholesterol and blood pressure. 
* Chia seeds: It contains fiber, omega-3 fats, antioxidants and minerals like iron, calcium, magnesium, zinc etc. That really helps with digestion, sugar levels and blood pressure management.
* Pumpkin seeds: When it comes to Pumpkin seeds, it helps with heart health, blood sugar levels, fertility issues and sleep disorders.
