Do You Include More Salt in your Diet

Excess salt intake can do more harm than you think! It can lead to fatigue, sluggishness, and even premature aging, causing wrinkles and hair loss. Over time, too much salt can weaken the body's constitution, making it harder to stay strong and resilient. While a little salt is necessary for balance, frequent cravings could be your body's way of signaling an underlying need. Listen to what your body is telling you!
