It believes that every human body has a unique balance of Tridoshas that are Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. This unique balance or constitution is known as Prakriti, and it's influenced by the dominant Dosha of the individual constitution. In Ayurveda, Hormones are known as Dhatu Agni and are considered as a part of Pitta Dosha, since they are carried by blood or Rakta Pitta. Ayurveda focuses on correcting the Dosha imbalance, which is considered to be the root cause of every ailment, including the hormonal imbalance. You can follow few things:
* Try Yoga, meditation and exercises as tool of relaxation and stress relief.
* Try fresh fruits like Papaya, pineapple and pomegranate, vegetables.
